all windows 7 keys are 32bit/64bit reversible, meaning the keys are blind as to which version of the OS you're unlocking... and by version i mean 32bit vs 64bit, not ultimate vs basic vs home premium.
also the technet keys are pretty much unlimited activations, but if they notice a certain key with an overabundance of uses, they'll red flag it and can your technet membership.
also, technet gives you 10 keys for each piece of software MS makes... it's a hell of a deal, i've already got Windows 7 RTM installed and running on 5 PCs, oh yeah, along with Office 7 Ultimate. All legit copies, each with a unique key, all for $250 (i got a 100 off coupon a few months ago)...
Suprman if you need a win 7 rc key i've got a few.............
Would make you "buy" an RTM key though, since I'm limited on those
EDIT- FWIW if 7 of you got together and each pitched in $50, you could each get a legit key and iso for pretty much every piece of software MS has ever released. not a bad deal.
