Yup, I knew this kid. He was some 14 year old genius at my college. He dropped/flunked out after a semester. He was poor and came from an abusive home. I doubt he could have afforded it so it must have been a scholarship (that I guess he lost).

Anyway, he just liked school for the library computers and T3 connection. I think he had a 286 when everyone else had pentiums so he spent all day at the library until his mom came to pick him up.

Weev isn't just an internet troll, he's a really messed up kid. He moves to the other side of the country, assumes a different identity (or no identity at all), and measures his success in life by material wealth. He's trying to escape his shitty past.

Anyway, I think it's ironic (funny?) that an internet troll and hacker/phreaker gives people shit to get back at the world for the shitty hand he was dealt.

I think we need Robin Williams to tell him that "it's not his fault" and make everything better.
