As shown in the link, it's gonna depend on your ability. Every routine out there for lifting has to be tailored to your abilities.
As far as fat burning, you're going to do a marginal amount of that lifting. It shouldn't be a concern, no one lifts to burn fat. More lean muscle can burn more fat, but you don't burn much from lifting itself.
Finally, why are you doing pushups? There's nothing wrong with them, but, imo, they're not a good substitute for actually lifting chest. If you want to do them as a supplement, or aren't really looking to do any "serious" lifting they're fine, but I wouldn't depend on them as my sole chest exercise if you're looking to actually build muscle.
